Rodrigo Arias
CEO
Rodrigo has a license's degree in mathematics and a master's degree in actuarial mathematics. He was a mathematics professor at the University of Costa Rica for 33 years. He led the Actuarial Department of the Costa Rican Social Security Fund (CCSS) for 13 years and the Actuarial Subdirectorate of the National Insurance Institute (INS) for eight years.

Kemly Arias Sandí
Executive Director
Kemly is an actuary graduated from the University of Costa Rica, where she is also an interim professor of the Actuarial Sciences program. She worked for eight years as Senior Manager of Actuarial Services for Central America in a Big Four. She has extensive experience in the actuarial and financial field. Kemly is an active member of the College of Professionals in Economic Sciences of Costa Rica (CCECR).
